The holidays are nearly here, and besides all the frantic baking, planning, shopping, and entertaining, it’s a great time to do some fun and major makeup looks. Here are three that I’ve created to get you going.

Drugstore favorite Rimmel has a few new products to covet this spring, including a new mascara formulation, a new foundation, lip glosses, and new eyeshadow quads and trios.
I recently received the entire CoverGirl Simply Ageless collection from BzzAgent, and I have to say, I’m impressed with the entire line. I was concerned that they would be really heavy and too moisturizing, based on the fact that they have the Olay anti-aging ingredients already mixed in, and the formulation is solid. But after trying them, I have to say that even my oily skin did really well with these products.

Drugstore and mass market cosmetic companies have really been bringing it lately, haven’t they? New products are being rolled out all the time, and they are getting closer and closer to their department store counterparts.
