If you’re like me, you’ve actively avoided cleansing waters because of your oily skin. Exfoliation is my jam, and if I don’t clear some of the oil off my skin, I’m destined to have a breakout. It’s just the way life works.

But when I was at The Makeup Show Dallas, Paula at Older Girl Beauty had to stop at the Bioderma booth and explain all the wonders of cleansing waters to me, but as usual, I didn’t pay much attention. I blame it on my ADHD.

At any rate, while we were there, I learned that Bioderma Sebium H2O, which is for oily and combination skin. Intrigued, I decided to try it out, because I was being peer pressured into loving Bioderma cleansing water. Just kidding. Kind of.

Older Girl Beauty and I enjoying the fact that we are in Dallas and at The Makeup Show.

I’m impressed. Even if you use it for nothing else than removing makeup, this Bioderma cleansing water will come in handy for a variety of uses. Here is what I’ve used Bioderma Sebium H2O Cleansing Water for:

  • removing eye makeup
  • gently cleaning after too much sun
  • a multi-tasking product to take on holiday or vacations
  • taking off foundation before normal cleansing and exfoliation

And I’m only just now really getting into the hang of using it. It’s easy – saturate a cotton pad and run over the entire face. If I’m using this for cleansing, I do this until I see nothing on my pad. Sometimes it takes a few pads if I’m wearing a full face of makeup.

This Bioderma cleansing water is part of an entire line for oily skin, and you can check out Bioderma Sebum H2O as well as the entire line at Bioderma.com.
