I think the selfie is here to stay, don’t you? I mean, how easy is it to whip out the mobile and snap a quick picture of you doing something cool? I do have to draw the line on a selfie stick, though. That just makes you look ridiculous.

If you’re not into doing major photo editing of your selfie, because you’re too busy doing something cool, Too Faced is here to solve your dilemma. They have released Too Faced Selfie Powders, a palette of finishing powders that not only do a touch of color correction, but they also have a bit of blurring action that I haven’t seen in other powders. I think that’s what makes them so unique.

So here are the three colors in the palette, and how they work:

Too Faced Selfie Powders: Sunrise, Totally Toasted, Moon River - color correcting finishing powders-2

I use a big fluffy brush for Sunrise and Moon River, going over my face completely. I tend to suffer more with blue-purple spots, so I rely on Sunrise a great deal. Out of all the Too Faced Selfie Powders, this is definitely my favorite.

For Totally Toasted, treat it like a bronzer. I alternate between the old school brush (my trusty Kabuki) and the new flat brush applications. Either way, for the most natural look, starting at the center of your forehead, do a number “3”: Forehead, around the temples, into the hollow of your cheek, and around to your chin, kind of like so:
