I am the queen of costume jewelry. I have so much of it that I really don’t know how to store it anymore, and I can’t give any of it up. When I was packing up for this move, I was supposed to be really editing out things so we weren’t moving so much. I might have given away two necklaces out of all of it. Clearly, I have a problem. I love, love, love unique accessories. I think that’s the key to a real sense of style.
I haven’t tried any subscription boxes, but I do keep a subscription box directory that I try to add to at least once a week. But anything that shows up at my house with new, unseen fashion jewelry? I’m all over that. And RocksBox delivers.
This month, I unwrapped three gorgeous pieces. The biggest and most glam of them all was a beautiful statement necklace with two or three shades of blue. It’s large enough that you can’t miss it, and it’s made up of my favorite colors. So obvs, I absolutely adore it.
Next were fun statement earrings in clear and yello crystals (we used to call them rhinestones). They are a little much with the necklace, I’d imagine, so I wouldn’t put those two together. But when you’re wearing an updo and have an exposed neck, these are striking.
My t-ring finished it off. Very delicate rose gold in a t-ring large enough to go from knuckle to knuckle. I love, love, love it, but it’s just not quite the right size. I need a half of a size more. So I was sad about that.
There are three pieces to every RocksBox, and you are free to keep them until you’re ready to get your next three pieces. They are even cool enough to throw a return mailing label for your utter convenience.
So head on over and try it out – they have offered my loyal and awesome readers the first month free by entering code “retrodivaxoxo” (without the quotes).
