I could not WAIT to get my hands on the Garnier Blow Dry Perfector Kit. It cold very possibly be the answer to my prayers: a smooth blowout with no frizz without resorting to a salon keratin treatment that would cost me several hundred dollars.
It’s no secret that I adore the vintage/retro makeup looks of yore. I can spend hours watching tips and tricks on how to apply it, and how they achieved the looks, since most of those techniques went out of vogue by the time I was old enough to wear makeup.
