A drugstore dupe for the Smashbox VIP eye quad
I was playing around with my makeup stash today, trying to get somewhat organized (which is pretty much an impossible task – I simply have too much stuff), and I realized that I had never even used my Smashbox VIP quad that came with my Nordstrom exclusive set from the holidays. Needless to say, it’s beautiful and I don’t know why I haven’t used it before now.
Included is a carbon black, metallic silver, metallic gold, and a matte ivory, which is perfect as a highlighter. The black, when applied with a wet eyeliner brush doubles as an excellent eyeliner.
But that’s not my big discovery. I went ahead and swatched the quad, as you can see here:
