Just a quick scan I did of the crowd prior to the opening of the Monarch show. Janice Dickinson was there, as well as Rev. Run’s daughters.
I’ve spent the day at the L’Oreal Technical Center learning about all kinds of good stuff. One thing I got to do was to create my own face chart with products supplied to me by L’Oreal. On the face is Bare Naturale in Sugar Plum. Eye products are the Hip Duo in Striking and Extra Intense Liner in Gray. Lips are Naturally Nude Lipcolor. And InfLluble Plumping Gloss in Plumped Tawny. Just a super short and sweet post to let you all know that I have been busy at a beauty blogger conference in New York City the past few days so that I have even better things to write about. I will also be attending some shows at New York Fashion Week, so look for some incredible coverage from the tents. I was going through my stack of books to find something to take on my flight tomorrow to New York, and I realized that I had never done a write up on one of my favorites: That Extra Half an Inch: Hair, Heels and Everything in Between by Victoria Beckham. I’ve never been a big Posh fan, and I’m not sure why. I think I was too old for the Spice Girl phenomenon, and while I’ve always admired her husband, she always looked rather plastic.
